Accommodation

Participants will be accommodated at the Hotel Le Midi, site of the Institute, and at the Leader Hotel. These hotels are within walking distance of each other.
Special arrangements made with these hotels allow accommodation at prices lower that those listed in their websites.

Le Midi Hotel

We have booked 30 rooms for single occupancy (pic) at NT$ 3450 per night.
There are in addition 10 rooms with one king-size bed and one single bed (pic) at the overall cost of NT$3900 per night. It can be shared by two people for half price.
Finally, 20 family-type rooms (pic) are available at NT$ 6100 per night. They can accommodate up to four people for NT$ 1525 each.
Participants are urged to make their reservations through the registration form as soon as possible as the number of rooms is limited.
The hotel could however house a large fraction of the Institute participants, if many among them are willing to share their rooms. These participants are kindly requested to choose possible roommates and notify us of their choice in the registration form.

5 single rooms have been reserved, at NT$ 3900 per night.
12 double rooms (pic), with two twin-size beds, are also available at the overall price of NT$2400, or half of it for double occupancy.
There are in addition Deluxe Rooms: two Deluxe Suites, with a king-size bed, at NT$6900 per night, and 49 Deluxe Double Rooms (pic) at the overall cost of NT$3400, or NT$1700 if shared.
Also in this case, we urge the participants to communicate to us through the registration form their preferences, willingness to share and possible choice of roommates.
